Finally, a rim made of titanium on the market!

We discovered this rim made of Titanium metal, which is very difficult to produce. From the looks of it, it may just seem like an ordinary rim, but this titanium unit is covered with a magnesium wheel cover. Rather than its strength and lightness, the unique design had caught our eyes.

The latest shape in electronic brakes!

A standard braking system relies on the master cylinder plus the booster to push the caliper pistons against the rotors. This new system relies on an analog switch that electronically regulates the oil pressure to the calipers. With this new system, the driver can experience an increased braking response.

No oil or valves involved, fully electronic! A built in motor on top of the damper was incorporated into this active suspension system. By turning the damper rod, the setup can be changed. The stroke and rebound rates are adjustable for personal preference. With these features, one can set the suspension damper for a wide variety of racing such as the circuit to drag racing.
	This is the damper rod. By turning the motor on top of the assembly, the casing turns like a nut; moving up or down. This system may one day become a manufacturer standard.

For good gas mileage!?

This product is a resin based component that fits directly in an engine's water jacket space. A problematic water jacket has trouble reaching an overall uniform water temperature due to an ineffective design. By installing this product, all the cylinders are supplied with an uniform water temperature; therefore the cylinder walls expand evenly, creating a safe clearance that is within specifications. With less friction of the pistons, this product will surely increase power.

Exhaust manifold and the turbocharger come in one piece!

This heat and crack resistant manifold was built from a metal called Hercunite. A exhaust manifold used today are prone to deformation after long usage, but this new product is claimed to last for 10 years even with constant exposure to 1050 Celsius degree heat. The quality is impressive but the innovative shape & design caught our eyes.

Eliminate any feeling of the engine oscillation!!

These engine mounts were developed to eliminate any feeling of the engine oscillation throughout the entire vehicle. Tokai Rubber gave us an demonstration during the show, where the vibrating water atop the engine completely settled to still condition after the engine mount was activated. These mounts have already been adapted on luxury vehicles, where the mounts are activated when the car is at a stop.

Remarkably Improved Ride Quality!

This new product has a dual spring assembly incorporated inside a standard mono-tube damper. How it works is that the spring assembly regulates the oil flow by shutting off the valve according to the oil pressure. With this diminutive but genius idea, the vehicle ride quality is improved and becomes comparable to an active suspension setup. This product is great for both daily driving and racing at the circuit.

Deep Display with a Dual Layer Construction

The LCD gauge in this unit is reflected off of a angled transparent surface like a projection in a television set. Along with the meter gauge, more icons such as car navigation system, A/C, and other info are displayed on a separate reflective layer. Basically, two transparent layers can be seen as one, enhancing the driving experience.

6 Pot Caliper with a Shine

At Brembo, we discovered this beautiful gold and silver brake caliper. Calipers are generally constructed from a two piece structure bolted together. This new product utilizes a one piece monoblock construction. This new unit has the potential of superior strength and safety while maintaining its lightweight characteristics. This 6 piston unit may be as light as some 4 pot units.

A Rotor Fused with 2 types of Metal

The section for the center hub housing is made of aluminum, and the outer section is made of cast iron. So what makes this a hybrid rotor? The center and the outer section have been permanently fused together. Regularly, these two components are mated together with nuts and bolts. With this new hybrid construction, a lighter product can be constructed.

Lock onto Targets with this new Sensor!

There are vehicles out on the market today that has already adopted sensors that scan for other vehicles and lane dividers. Denso had developed a picture and laser sensor. By looking at the given monitor, it's evident that the sensor locks onto all the targets while moving forward. This machine keeps close watch of the vehicle surroundings, enabling the driver to drive with confidence.

F1 Carbon Fiber Helmet

Only the F1 drivers are allowed a dry carbon helmet. The pricing is up there in the $1.5k range and not much of a noticeable difference compared to a regular unit. The strict FIA regulations currently state that a F1 helmet must be made of dry carbon. This unit might be a expensive commodity for the Sunday racer.

A Robot Pops out of the Dash?!

Ever get lonely talking to a voice recognition on a GPS system? With this new item from Denso, you can speak to a robot that pops out of the dashboard. The robot even faces the person who is talking to it. With development of these new products, the future of automobiles is looking fully interactive.

High performance transmission

According to car enthusiasts, Aisin may mean a transmission on a Silvia, but Aisin has been producing gear boxes for many applications. This particular 6 speed transmission is a stock unit from a Porsche 997. Aisin transmissions are so efficient that Porsche had nominated them to be used in their vehicles. We wish that the next Silvias would be fitted with these transmissions.
