Actually, as you may know or don’t know, car body is twisted during driving. On breaking, cornering, going over bump, strong power will come from suspension into body, that’s the reason. When body got torsion, driving performance would be affected. Especially Mini-van or Wagon which have larger body or doors have to support large space by limited frames, so it’s be harder to get enough body rigidity compare to compact vehicles. Additionally, more stress will add when those cars get many passengers or luggage in. That’s why we recommend to using Cusco’s body rigidity parts. Those products improve body rigidity which will enable to bring driving performance out. Now let’s see further character of Body rigidity parts!
Outside tyre on cornering or front tyre on breaking will be given big pressure, so suspension which will receive those powers will be compressed. However, on less body rigidity car, the body will be bended in same time. From the result, the power which should travel to suspension will be absorbed into the body, therefore the body will unable to show its primary performance. But if you use body rigidity parts to make car more rigid, the car will be able to receive power from ground by suspension and tyre well. When the power from ground or steering flew to body, body will be not able to brace or will be slow to respond as the power. It depends on vehicle model, but you may have experience to hear some squeal when you drive over bump. That noise is mostly resulted by bend of car body which makes the noise with grind interior clothes. It says those noise should be less or gone if you use body rigidity part to save the body bend.
