To build a ECU for the BP Legacy!

This year, I'm planning on getting the tools needed to reprogram ECUs and to study that techniques involved. The best setup I believe is a reprogrammed stock ECU that had its fuel, ignition, and valve timing remapped. I will display the difference in power on the BP Legacy just by reprogramming the ECU.
